Step 4 — Seamless Onboarding

Once selected, your VA is onboarded with a clear understanding of their responsibilities and your 30/60/90-day plan — so they hit the ground running from day one.

- Services are billed monthly and renewed each month

- Either party may end the agreement with a 30-day written notice

- Unused hours do not roll over — your VA's time is reserved exclusively for you each week

What communication channels does CoWorq use for collaboration?

CoWorq utilizes Basecamp and WhatsApp for our communication with the VAs and Google Mail for our clients. However, the client can use their most preferred communication channel with their VA as long as the Account Manager has been notified and a representative of the Management Team has been added for visibility.

Do your VAs have the equipment to do the work?

Yes, all our VAs come equipped with the basic tools they need to perform their tasks effectively. This typically includes a laptop or desktop computer with a reliable internet connection.

However, we understand that some clients might have specific software or hardware requirements for their projects. Here’s how we can help:

VA Equipment: Our VAs are responsible for providing and maintaining their own basic equipment.

Specialized Needs: If your project requires specific software or hardware beyond the VA’s basic setup, we can discuss these needs with you.

Sourcing and Purchasing (Optional): In some cases, if you prefer, we can assist you with sourcing and purchasing the required equipment within the Philippines and arranging delivery to the VA. However, the cost of the equipment and any delivery fees would be your responsibility.

Step 2 — Collaborative Resolution

Step 3 — Performance Review

Step 4 — VA Replacement

If a resolution isn't reached, we will source a replacement VA for you. Please note:

- A 2-week written notice is required prior to the intended replacement date

- A $99 recruitment fee applies for the replacement placement

Yes, CoWorq virtual assistants can extend their support beyond business needs! We offer personal assistant services to help you manage your everyday life, as long as the tasks are:

Legal and Ethical: We prioritize tasks that fall within legal and ethical boundaries.

Within the Scope of VA Work: Tasks should align with the skillset and responsibilities of a virtual assistant.

Scheduled During Working Hours: To ensure optimal service and avoid burnout, personal tasks will be scheduled within your VA’s regular working hours (excluding weekends unless pre-arranged).
