How is CoWorq different from a staffing agency?
Staffing agencies fill roles. We design them first. Consultants give advice. We architect and execute. Then we stay.
What does a CoWorqer cost?
Full-time CoWorqer™ starts at $1,705/mo all-in: $1,000 salary + $650 CoWorq premium (recruiting, HR, performance management) + $55 health allowance. Office-based CoWorqers at our Davao City hub start at $1,855/mo. Part-time available for specialized roles.

What's the minimum commitment?
