Co-Founder and Head of CoWorq
Khryzza is a passionate advocate, experienced HR professional, and entrepreneur dedicated to empowering underrepresented communities and fostering equity in business. As the Head of CoWorq Group of Companies, she leads impactful ventures such as CoWorq and Isla & Co., ensuring Filipino artisans receive fair compensation in a billion-dollar industry. Through her work, she continues to inspire others to lead with purpose, champion equity, and create lasting global impact.
Nina Laluna, CPA
Co-Founder and Head of Global Operations & Finance
Nina is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and an expert in operations excellence, finance, and account management. With extensive experience in optimizing financial strategies, streamlining operations, and strengthening client relationships, she is committed to delivering efficiency and value. Passionate about driving growth, she ensures that CoWorq operates at the highest standards while empowering both clients and the team to succeed.

Reneponce Ylagan brings more than a decade of experience working in residential construction both here in Australia and overseas. He has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and is an accredited Member of Engineers Australia.
Over the past 12 years since arriving in Australia, he worked in the construction industry within the estimating function for both civil, mining, residential and commercial construction projects.

Head of Recruitment
Amara, a Registered Social Worker, leverages her expertise in talent acquisition and understanding of human behavior to match independent contractors with clients based on needs and culture. Amara’s approach is rooted in empathy, ensuring meaningful connections that align with both organizational and individual goals.
