For clients who don’t need a fixed weekly commitment, CoWorq offers flexible as-needed billing. You’re charged only for the actual time your virtual assistant works, making it ideal for variable workloads, one-off projects, or task-based support.

Timesheet-Based Billing
Invoices are based on actual hours logged by your VA.
Billing Cycle
Invoices are issued every 15 or 30 days, depending on your agreement.

Each invoice includes a link to detailed timesheets for full transparency.
Fast Payment Terms
Payments are due within 3 days of invoice delivery.
Note: As of June 18, 2025, a 3% processing fee applies to all credit card payments.
